The majority of our educational content is available at no cost. Our introductory and core courses are completely free once you create an account. We believe that foundational blockchain education should be accessible to anyone with a genuine interest in learning. Some advanced specialized courses or professional certification programs may have associated fees, which are always clearly displayed on the course enrollment page before you commit. We never charge hidden fees or require surprise payments at any stage of your learning journey.

Course durations vary based on subject depth and complexity. Beginner courses typically require between 2 to 4 hours of total study time, while intermediate and advanced programs may take 6 to 12 hours or more. All learning is entirely self-paced, which means you can split your study into multiple sessions over days or weeks and resume exactly where you left off. Each course page shows an estimated completion time so you can plan your schedule. There are no deadlines or time limits for completing any course.

Each course combines multiple formats to support different learning styles. You will find video explanations recorded by our instructors, written lesson materials with diagrams and illustrations, interactive quizzes that test your understanding after each module, and summary notes you can download for offline review. Some advanced courses also include hands-on exercises where you interact with test networks or analyze real blockchain data. Our guides and articles section provides additional reading material to supplement the structured courses.

Yes, absolutely. There is no penalty for retaking quizzes, and you can attempt them as many times as you need. We encourage learners to review the lesson material between attempts so that each retake reinforces your understanding. After each quiz attempt, you will see which questions you answered correctly and which ones you missed, along with brief explanations. The final course assessment follows the same policy and can also be retaken multiple times until you feel confident in your knowledge.

Currently, all of our courses and articles are published in English. We are actively working on translations for several other languages including Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Mandarin. Our video lessons include English subtitles, and we plan to add subtitle options in additional languages during the second half of 2026. If you have a specific language request, feel free to reach out to our team and we will consider it for our localization roadmap.

Creating an account is straightforward. Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of any page and provide your email address along with a password. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your address. Once verified, your account is active and you can immediately start browsing and enrolling in courses. We only require your email and a display name for registration. You can optionally add additional profile details later, but they are never mandatory.

Yes. You have full control over your data. To delete your account, navigate to your account settings and select the "Delete Account" option, or send a request to our support email at [email protected]. We will process your deletion request within 30 days, removing your personal data from our active systems. Please note that deleting your account will also remove access to any earned certificates. We recommend downloading your certificates before submitting a deletion request. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you continue to experience difficulty, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will assist you manually after verifying your identity.

CryptoLearn Academy is fully responsive and works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave browsers. For the best experience with video lessons, we recommend a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed. Our platform does not require any software installation or browser plugins. All content loads directly in your web browser, and your course progress syncs automatically across all your devices when you are logged in.

We do not currently have a dedicated mobile app, but our website is designed as a progressive web application that performs well on mobile devices. You can add CryptoLearn Academy to your phone's home screen for quick access, and it will function similarly to a native application. We are evaluating the development of native iOS and Android apps based on learner demand and plan to share updates on our roadmap page if a mobile app development project is initiated.

We take content accuracy very seriously and appreciate when learners help us identify potential issues. If you spot an error, outdated information, or something that seems inaccurate, you can use the "Report Issue" button available on each lesson page, or email our editorial team directly at [email protected] with the course name, lesson number, and a description of the issue. Our content team reviews all reports within 48 business hours and publishes corrections as needed. Learners who report verified errors receive acknowledgment in our contributor credits.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security audits. We collect only the data necessary to provide our educational services and never sell your personal information to third parties.
